Conjure + Bloom was founded by Staci Jordan Shelton, a Performance Consultant and Executive Coach who saw a very specific need: leaders and entrepreneurs who needed not only business strategy and accountability, they needed spiritual and emotional support as well.
As a performance consultant working with Fortune 500 companies, Non-Profit organizations, Small businesses and entrepreneurs, she discovered that when it comes to performance, attacking problems at the process level typically doesn't work.
Trauma, grief, socialization and oppression all have a very real impact on on how people view themselves and the world - and that has a very real impact how people show up to processes, confidence, how they navigate conflict, and how they process events. Or it keeps them from showing up for themselves or their dreams at all.
Charisma, talent, gifts, starting a business or getting incredible leadership opportunities don't automatically heal those things. Those things unacknowledged and unresolved cause people unconsciously to sabotage their own success.
So she created a suite of tools teaching and supportive containers that integrate spiritual + mental health support with tactical business support that help her clients unleash their power and potential to create the lives and success they desire.
